Stress Management: This course teaches participants to recognise the signs and causes of stress in the workplace and offers a range of practical tools to aid in the reduction of stress. Tools introduced include reflective listening and mindfulness-based meditation. 2 x 1.5 hr sessions.

Improving Staff Communication & Connectivity:
A hands-on course designed to assist managers to improve the way in which their staff interrelate, communicate and work as a team. Generally run as 2 x 3 hour workshops

Successful Communication Strategies: A short course designed to help employees communicate more effectively with their colleagues, peers and managers. This course teaches assertive communication skills and aims to assist employees who have difficulty making themselves heard or understood in a work context. Anger management techniques may be incorporated into this course depending on the needs of the group. 3 hours

Bully Awareness Training:
This workshop for managers provides insight into bullying behaviour to enable early recognition of problematic behaviour in the workplace. Strategies for responding to bullying behaviour are then introduced. These include a range of techniques directed at both the bully and the victim, as well as processes which serve to reinforce a positive workplace culture. 2 x 2 hr sessions
