Toni is a registered counsellor with over 15 years experience holding a Bachelor of Counselling and a Diploma of Applied Holistic Counselling, as well as specific training in Solutions Focused Brief Therapy from the Brief Therapy Institute of Sydney.
Toni works with individuals, couples and families. She tailors her approach to the personal needs and pace of each individual using a client-centred approach. Her experience covers a variety of presentations, including depression, anxiety, grief & loss, self-esteem, emotional eating and body image concerns.
Toni has extensive experience working with couples, focusing on communication as a key to relationship recovery in approaching issues such as stagnation, infidelity and intimacy concerns.
Benefitting from her warm and altruistic approach, clients develop the capacity overcome difficulties and move forward with their lives. She works with a number of counselling modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
Gaye is a Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Relationship Therapist with over 10 years experience in the field. With her career spanning across multiple sectors in the healthcare industry, Gaye has utilised this diversity to create an integrated and personalised approach in her therapy.
Using a range of modalities, Gaye assists clients from diverse cultures and groups in a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, grief & loss, as well as more complex mental health such as trauma, PTSD, addiction and dementia.
Gaye holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Diploma of Counselling, as well as a Master in Business Administration (MBA). She is a warm and passionate counsellor, dedicated to helping all her clients by equipping them with the tools necessary to overcome life’s difficulties and move forward to live healthier, happier lives.
