Elizabeth – Registered Psychologist
Elizabeth is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Registrar who works with adults and adolescents on issues ranging from stress and relationship issues, to trauma, severe anxiety disorders, personality disorders and depression. Clients find that her compassionate and good-humoured approach, combined with her depth of knowledge, helps them effectively break negative patterns and achieve their goals.
In her career so far, Elizabeth has worked within the public health system, for well-known not-for-profits, as well as in private practice. She is skilled in assisting clients with a range of clinical and non-clinical issues, but has a particular interest in anxiety-related issues and disorders, such as worry and stress, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and phobias.
Elizabeth works primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, but also utilises elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), depending on what best suits the client’s goals and needs. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology.

Meg – Registered Counsellor
Meg is a warm and compassionate counsellor with over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health, workplace wellbeing and adult education. She holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and is professionally registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
Meg predominantly works with individuals, providing focused, one-to-one therapy. She combines non-judgemental emotional support with practical tools and strategies to help her clients break unhelpful habits, overcome negative thoughts and live towards their values.
Meg is experienced assisting clients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, low self-esteem, work-related issues such as bullying, life transitions, among many other issues. She has a special interest helping clients with weight management and disordered eating, as well as ageing with resilience and psychological flexibility.
